Exercises for the Thighs, Hips and Stomach

THIGHS

 

I would first like to explain about the muscles in the thighs. The thigh muscles are scientifically called quadriceps (or Quado for short) and they consist of a combination of 4 muscles.

 

Lower Thighs

 

These muscles are the easiest part for a lady to tone up if she uses the right methods and proper form of training. But having said that it’s easy, I don’t mean to say that there are no risks involved. Because this muscle is exactly 4-6 inches above the knee, one should be very careful about what exercises and what degree of intensity to use. These are some exercises which can really tone and shape up the entire thigh region.

 

Squats
